MBF Healthcare Management, LLC announces the completion of the sale of Atlantic Dental, Inc. to Doral Dental USA

Coral Gables, FL, May 8, 2008. Doral Dental USA completed its acquisition of Atlantic Dental, Inc. today as Florida regulators approved the transaction. The combined entity will serve nearly 11 million members in 24 states and the District of Columbia.

Atlantic Dental, Inc. had been managed by MBF Healthcare Management, LLC since January 2005.  In addition to Atlantic Dental, Inc., MBF Healthcare Management, LLC manages the portfolio companies and investments for MBF Healthcare Partners, L.P. and MBF Healthcare Acquisition Corp
