We are committed to helping entrepreneurs build companies that shape the future of healthcare in the United States.

OUR FOCUS
We focus exclusively on healthcare opportunities in Florida and specialize in seed and early stage investments. Our initial investments are usually in the $100,000 to $1 million range. Entrepreneurs must have a proven track record with start-up's or experience with a market-leading healthcare company in a senior executive role.

SUBMIT A BUSINESS PLAN
We spend most of our time focused on the business plans that are referred to us through our network. A referral, from our partners, portfolio companies, or contacts within the industry, is an important introduction and will ensure your business plan gets the attention it deserves. We cannot guarantee that business plans lacking a referral will receive follow-up, however, if you would still like to submit a business plan send it via e-mail to and include the following information:

• What is your business?
• How do you help take costs out of the healthcare system or improve patient outcomes?
• Who currently has the problem? How do you solve it?
• How big is the market you are serving and how quickly is it growing? What is your competitive advantage / secret sauce?
• What industry and in which segments of the value chain does your business fit?
• What is your business model - primary source of revenue, primary distribution mechanism, primary competitors, lead partners and/or target partners?
• Financial projections, including income statement, cash flows and balance sheet and what are the assumptions and sensitivities behind these projections?
• How much capital will you need to develop your offering and bring it to market?

Note: We do not sign Confidentiality or Non-Disclosure Agreements (CA or NDA's). We receive so many plans each week that if we were to review and sign every CA or NDA request, we would not be able to make investments. Our reputation depends on our professionalism and our ability to maintain the trust of the entrepreneurs with whom we work. We will keep your materials confidential.
